Cranberry and Cherry Sauce

  1. In a medium size pot, set the burner to medium heat.
  2. Add all your ingredients except the orange zest.
  3. Stir occasionally, bring to a boil.
  4. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Take off the heat, add orange zest and set a side to thicken.
  6. Note: this can be made a head of time.
  7. Just cover and place in the fridge for up to a week.
  8. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
