Cinnabuns

  1. In a bowl combine water, yeast and sugar.
  2. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In large bowl, take pudding mix and prepare according to package directions.
  5. Add butter, eggs and salt.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add yeast mixture.
  8. Blend.
  9. Gradually add flour; knead until smooth.
  10. Place in a greased bowl.
  11. Cover and let rise until doubled.
  12. Punch down dough and let rise again.
  13. Roll out dough on a floured board to 34 inch x 21 inch size.
  14. Take 1 cup (225 ml) soft butter and spread over surface.
  15. In bowl, mix 2 cups (475 ml) brown sugar and 4 tsp (20 ml) cinnamon.
  16. Sprinkle over top.
  17. Roll up very tightly.
  18. With knife, put a notch every 2-3/4".
  19. Cut with a thread or knife.
  20. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet 2" apart.
  21. Take hand and lightly press down on each roll.
  22. Cover and let rise until double again.
  23. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) 15 to 20 minutes.
  24. Remove when they start to turn golden.
  25. DON'T OVERBAKE.
  26. Frost warm rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting.
  27. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
