Good Morning Balsamic Berries
- 1 cup berries, whatever is in season (strawberries and raspberries are especially good)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (the best quality you can get)
- fresh mint leaves
- Mix berries and vinegar and let chill overnight.
- In the morning, finely chop the mint and sprinkle with sugar over the berries.
- Mmm.
