Meat Ball Covoy (India) Recipe

• 1 tbsp. oil
• 1 lg. onion
• 3 teaspoon curry pwdr
• 1 can stewed tomatoes
• 6 whole cloves
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• 2 tbsp. coconut
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
• 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
• 2 tbsp. chili sauce

1. Heat oil and cook onions.
2. Add in other ingredients; simmer.
3. Mix all meat ball ingredients together and form into small balls.
4. Brown them and then add in to the sauce.
5. Serve over rice.
