Banana Gelatin Recipe
- 1 1/2 gal WATER, BOILING
- 1 1/2 gal WATER, Cool
- 15 lb BANANAS FRESH
- 4 1/2 lb DSRT PWD ORANGE #2 1/2
- PAN: 12 BY 20 BY 2 1/2-INCH STEAM TABLE PAN
- 1.
- DISSOLVE GELATIN IN BOILING WATER.
- 2.
- USE Cool WATER; STIR TO MIX WELL.
- 3.
- POUR ABOUT 1 GAL INTO EACH PAN.
- RefrigerateTill SLIGHTLY THICKENED.
- 4.
- USE 15 LB BANANAS A.P.
- (37 BANANAS).
- Add in AN EQUAL QUANTITY OF PEELED AND THINLY SLICED BANANAS TO GELATIN IN EACH PAN.
- 5.
- FOLD AN EQUAL QUANTITY OF FRUIT INTO GELATIN IN EACH PAN.
- RefrigerateTill Hard.
- SERVING SIZE: 2/3 C.
