Roasted New Potatoes

  1. Pre-heat oven to 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray a foil lined broiler pan with Pam.
  3. Scrub (don't peel!)
  4. and slice the potatoes about 1/4" thick or however you like them.
  5. Lay potatoes out on foil paper; drizzle with the olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  7. Snip a couple of sprigs of rosemary from your garden; strip them and sprinkle the leaves over the potatoes.
  8. Roast for 20 minutes; turn and roast 20 minutes more or until slightly browned.
