Virgin Bellini

• Ice
• 1 ounce Strawberry Puree
• 4 ounces chilled sparkling apple cider
• 1 strawberry slice

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the Strawberry Puree and cider.
3. Stir well and strain into a chilled flute.
4. Garnish with the strawberry slice.
