Just 1 Frying Pan!! Easy Soy Sauce Flavored Flounder
- 2 filets Flounder (I used flounder with roe)
- 150 ml Water
- 2 tbsp each Sugar, mirin
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 knob Fresh ginger (thinly sliced)
- Put the ingredients into the frying pan and turn on the heat.
- Once it comes to a boil, add the ginger and flounder.
- Cover with a drop-lid (a light lid or similar that is placed directly on the contents) and simmer on medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
- Serve on a dish, optionally top with thinly sliced ginger, and enjoy.
