Just 1 Frying Pan!! Easy Soy Sauce Flavored Flounder

  1. Put the ingredients into the frying pan and turn on the heat.
  2. Once it comes to a boil, add the ginger and flounder.
  3. Cover with a drop-lid (a light lid or similar that is placed directly on the contents) and simmer on medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
  4. Serve on a dish, optionally top with thinly sliced ginger, and enjoy.
