Sausage Potato and Kale Soup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups coarsely chopped kale
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 lb potato, diced
- 12 lb Italian sausage, cooked and drained
- Bring everything but the potatoes and sausage to a boil.
- Turn down and simmer about 8 minutes.
- Add potatoes and sausage to simmering kale broth and cook until potatoes are tender.
- Serve and enjoy.
