Easy Mint Tea Recipe
- 1 quart. boiling water
- 10 reg. size mint flavored tea bags
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 3 quart. water
- 2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 (33.8 ounce.) bottle ginger ale
- Pour boiling water over tea bags.
- Cover and steep 5 min.
- Remove tea bags, squeeze gently.
- Add in sugar and lemon juice, stirring till sugar dissolves.
- Stir in 3 qts water, pineapple juice, and ginger ale.
- Serve over ice.
- Yields about 1 1/2 gallons.
