Baked Fennel Parmesan Recipe
- 2 x Fennel bulbs
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine Salt and pepper, (to taste) Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Grease glass baking pan (9x9) with extra virgin olive oil.
- Cut fennel bulbs vertically into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Lay flat in the baking pan.
- Sprinkle chopped garlic proportionately over fennel.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle margarine over fennel.
- Top with heavy sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bank at 325 degrees for 1 hour, 15 min.
- Serve as a side dish.
- Delicious unique flavor.
- Serves 4 to 6.
