Savory Meatloaf Florentine

  1. Mix ground turkey, cereal, egg whites, 1/2 cup of the ketchup, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in large bowl.
  2. Stir in spinach, red pepper and onion.
  3. Shape into 9x4-inch loaf.
  4. Place in greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  5. Mix remaining ketchup and water.
  6. Spread evenly over meatloaf.
  7. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes or until meatloaf is cooked through (registers 165 degrees F when tested in center) .
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into slices to serve.
