New Summer Salad
- 3 lbs new potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 12 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 12 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons bacon bits
- 14 cup chopped fresh basil
- 14 cup kraft balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 14 cup kraft mayo real mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Cook potatoes in boiling water 10-12 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Drain.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add onions, tomatoes, bacon bits.
- Mix lightly.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Add to potato mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
