Minted Chutney-Turkey Burger
- 24 each ground turkey patties (5 oz. each)
- to taste salt and pepper
- 24 slices Havarti cheese, sliced (1/2 oz. each)
- 3 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided
- 24 each kaiser rolls, split, toasted
- 24 each leaf lettuce
- 3 cups mango chutney
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 48 each red onions. sliced, separated into rings
- For each serving: Season 1 turkey patty with salt and pepper.
- Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness, topping with 1 cheese slice the last minute.
- Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
- steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 Tbsp.
- chutney, 1 tsp.
- mint, 2 onion rings, 1 burger and 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- of the remaining steak sauce.
- Cover with top of roll.
