Scratch Lace Cookies Recipe

• 3/4 c. butter
• 1 reg. butterscotch pudding mix
• 2 c. oatmeal
• 1/2 c. minced nuts
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Blend all ingredients with fingers shape into balls the size of a walnut.
2. Place 3 inches apart on ungreased pan.
3. Flatten slightly with fork.
4. Bake 12-15 min at 350 degrees.
