Strawberry Cooler

• 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 cup cold milk
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ( I use extra)
• 1 pints vanilla ice cream, softened
• 2 whole strawberries for garnish (optional)

1. Put the strawberries, honey and a small amount of milk in a blender.
2. Cover and puree until almost smooth.
3. Add the remaining milk and the ice cream, vanilla and cinnamon.
4. Blend until smooth and frothy.
5. Divide between 2 large glasses, garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
6. Serve immediately.
