Little Sausage Balls Recipe
- 1 pound sausage, uncooked
- 2 c. dry Bisquick
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- Mix all together and form into small hard balls.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees.
- Turn after 10 min.
- Serve warm with toothpicks or possibly stick pretzels.
- These may be frzn before baking.
- If frzn, bake 25 to 30 min.
