The Best Side Dish! Hawaiian Ahi Poke
- 400 grams Tuna chunks
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1 Green onions
- 20 grams Ogo seaweed
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Here are the tuna chunks.
- Thinly slice the onion and soak in water.
- Finely chop the green onions.
- Boil some water in a pan and quickly soak the ogo seaweed.
- This photo is a bit blurry but if you soak the ogo seaweed it will turn green again.
- Add the tuna chunks to a bowl, along with the onion, ogo seaweed, green onion and seasonings.
- Mix well.
- Transfer to a plate and serve.
