Cherry Almond Cake Mix Cookies

• 1 x cake mix, yellow
• 1/2 cup butter softened
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 2 each eggs
• 3/4 cups cherries, dried chopped
• 3/4 cups candied cherries chopped
• 1 cup almonds chopped

1. Set oven to 350F (180C).
2. Mix first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl until well combined.
3. Add cherries and almonds.
4. Drop by tablespoonful onto cookie sheet.
5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Cool on sheet for 1 min, then remove and cool completely.
7. Store in airtight container or ziplock bags.
