Ground Beef and Rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
- Cook rice.
- I use white rice.
- Set aside.
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Make sure ground beef is in the smallest of pieces.
- Turn heat to medium high and add rice.
- Mix well.
- Add spices and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve.
