Indian Confetti Rice Salad
- 2 cups cooked basmati rice, cooled
- 1 cup frozen peas, cooked, cooled
- 1 carrot, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
- 1/4 tsp. garam masala
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup roasted almonds, chopped
- Combine all ingredients except nuts.
- Top with nuts.
