Merrymount Lobster or Seafood

  1. Lobster may be frozen, canned, or fresh.
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice and beaten eggs over lobster.
  3. Bring cream, butter, and bread crumbs just to a boil; stir well together and pour over lobster.
  4. Stir mustard, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt carefully into lobster mixture.
  5. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and top with 1 cup buttered cracker crumbs.
  6. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated oven at 350F (180C) until crumbs are brown and lobster is bubbly
