Easy Wild Rice Casserole
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cooked wild rice, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can straw mushrooms, drained and halved
- 1 (4 ounce) can button mushrooms, drained
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons thyme, dried
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish and cover.
- Bake 1 hour at 350F.
