Dessert on a Dime
- 1 (15 ounce) can pear halves
- 12 teaspoon grated gingerroot
- Freeze unopened can of pears overnight.
- Rinse frozen can under hot water for 30 seconds.
- Open can and transfer frozen pears and syrup to a food processor.
- Add ginger and pulse until smooth.
