Chicken Fajita Pizzas Recipe
- 4 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 c. (6 ounce.) Velveeta Mexican cheese, shredded
- 1 c. cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 c. warm sauce
- 1/2 c. green bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. seeded tomatoes, minced
- 1/4 c. pitted ripe olive slices
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place tortillas on cookie sheet; sprinkle 2 Tbsp.
- Velveeta cheese on each tortilla.
- Bake 4 to 5 min or possibly till Velveeta cheese melts.
- Toss chicken with warm sauce; spread on tortillas.
- Toss green bell peppers with remaining Velveeta, sprinkle over chicken mix.
- Bake 7 to 10 min or possibly till thoroughly heated and Velveeta is melted.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
