7 Layer Mexican Dip

  1. For the first layer, spread evenly in a casserole dish the refried beans.
  2. Second layer, mix together avocados, 1 cup sour cream and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  3. Spread evenly over beans. Third layer, mix together 2 cups sour cream, taco mix, garlic salt and pepper.
  4. Spread evenly over avocado mix.
  5. Next, sprinkle tomatoes, onions, then olives in layers, then a layer of Cheddar cheese, next a layer of Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Heat to melt cheese.
  7. Use tortilla chips for dipping.
