7-up Cake

  1. Cream butter and sugar together for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the eggs, one at a time; add the flour and the lemon extract; mix well.
  3. Fold in the 7-Up.
  4. Pour into well-greased 12-cup bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees (175 C.) for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs.
