Rice Krispies Treats Birthday Cake Recipe

• 5 tablespoons salted butter
• 1 pound mini marshmallows
• 8 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1. In a large pot, heat the butter over low heat until melted.
2. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and thoroughly combined with the butter.
3. Turn off the heat.
4. Stir the cereal into the marshmallow mixture, mixing until the cereal is evenly coated.
5. Using a buttered spatula or buttered waxed paper, press the mixture into molds.
6. Let cool.
7. Remove the cakes from molds, stack them, and decorate as desired.
