Double Chocolate Pie Recipe
- 2 Packages (sm.) chocolate pudding
- 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. chocolate chips
- 1 pie crust
- 1 Cold Whip
- Chips for topping
- Gradually mix pudding and lowfat milk in saucepan.
- Cook on medium high.
- Add in butter and 1/3 c. chips after well mixed.
- Continue stirring and bring to full boil.
- Boil for 1 to 2 min.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 min, stirring every 2 min.
- Pour in pie crust and chill.
- After cooled, top with Cold Whip and chocolate chips and chill till served.
