That's a Wrap Corn on the Cob
- 6 -8 frozen corn on the cob, 3-inch in length
- 12 cup butter
- Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning
- 1 lb bacon
- Thaw corn completely and dry thoroughly.
- Spread butter evenly, but not thick, on corn.
- Sprinkle ears with Cavender's Greek style seasoning, be generous.
- Wrap each ear of corn with a bacon strip(s), secure with a toothpick if you like.
- I use two strips of bacon for each ear, use one or two depending on how much you like bacon.
- If you have a large grilling basket use it, they even make one especially for corn.
- The basket will make handling and turning much easier and you won't have to use toothpicks to hold the bacon in place.
- Lay the corn on the grill, don't try to turn too quickly.
- Usually the bacon will turn loose of the grill when it's ready to be turned.
- Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning as necessary to brown on all sides.
