Everyone's Favorite Homemade Sesame Oil (Keeps for 1 Month!)

  1. Put all ingredients (A) in a frying pan, on a medium heat.
  2. When it starts to simmer, lower the heat and cook further.
  3. When the garlic turns brown, add the mixed ingredients (B).
  4. Mix, let it cook for a bit and turn off the heat.
  5. When it looks like the photograph, turn off the heat immediately so it won't burn.
  6. Pour into a sterilized bin, place the lid and keep it in the refrigerator.
  7. Leave it for a couple of days until the ingredients blend.
  8. You can preserve it for a month in the refrigerator.
