Mouth watering pork chops
- 2 boneless pork chop center cut butterfly
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 each sliced up small apples (optional)
- 1/3 cup flour
- Melt butter and coconut oil in frying pan on med-low
- Cut pork chops in half to make 4 pieces
- Rub in salt, pepper, and garlic
- Put flour in a bowl or on a plate and dip pork chops in flour
- Place in frying pan
- Turn stove temperate to med-high
- Cook for 3 mins each side
- If adding apples, place in pan the same time as the pork chops
- I like to serve it with rice and apple sauce
