Mouth watering pork chops

  1. Melt butter and coconut oil in frying pan on med-low
  2. Cut pork chops in half to make 4 pieces
  3. Rub in salt, pepper, and garlic
  4. Put flour in a bowl or on a plate and dip pork chops in flour
  5. Place in frying pan
  6. Turn stove temperate to med-high
  7. Cook for 3 mins each side
  8. If adding apples, place in pan the same time as the pork chops
  9. I like to serve it with rice and apple sauce
