Really Popular Crispy Deep Fried Cauliflower

  1. Combine the (A) ingredients and mix well.
  2. The batter should be pretty thick.
  3. Adjust the thickness with katakuriko or water since eggs differ in wateriness.
  4. Coat cauliflower that's been cut into easy to eat pieces in the batter and deep fry (about 320F/160C).
  5. Opitional: This is delicious served with Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mentsuyu sauce or whatever sauce you like.
