Fig & Greek Yogurt Parfaits
- 2 cups Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups prepared Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix, divided
- 1 qt. Greek-style yogurt
- 1 qt. dried figs, chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in mixer fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed 2 min., scraping side and bottom of bowl occasionally.
- Beat on medium high 2 min.
- Fold in 2 cups (500 mL) Dream Whip (or 1/4 cup 50 mL for trial recipe) to "lighten" mixture.
- Fold in remaining 1 qt.
- (1 L) Dream Whip (or remaining 1/2 cup 125 mL for trial recipe) just until combined.
- Fold in yogurt just until combined.
- For each serving: Spoon or pipe 1/2 cup (125 mL) mixture into serving glass.
- Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) figs and 1-1/2 tsp.
- (7 mL) honey.
