Crock Pot Beef Roast Recipe

• 3 to 4 lb. roast beef or possibly round steak
• salt and pepper
• 1 small onion, minced
• 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
• 1 c. water

1. Place meat in slow cooking pot.
2. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
3. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
4. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hrs.
5. If you like, add in small peeled potatoes and carrots.
6. Sauce can be thickened with 2 Tbsp.
