Smothered Sirloin Steak in Parmesan-Peppercorn Sauce

  1. Mix sour cream, 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing, Parmesan and pepper.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Heat remaining dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add onions; cook 7 to 8 min.
  6. or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  7. Remove onions from skillet; set aside.
  8. Cook steak in same skillet 3 to 4 min.
  9. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  10. Place on cutting board; cut across the grain into thin strips.
  11. Serve topped with sauce and onions.
