Italian Grilled Chicken

  1. Preheat the grill on medium high.
  2. Spray one side of the chicken with the olive oil spray.
  3. Sprinkle with half the oregano.
  4. Turn over.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Grill the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, turning halfway through.
  7. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil over medium-high heat, swirling to coat the bottom.
  8. Cook the bell pepper and onion for about 3 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  9. Spoon over the cooked chicken.
  10. Sprinkle with the Parmesan.
