Southern Cheeseburgers

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Mix meat, cracker crumbs, onions, egg and 2 Tbsp.
  3. barbecue sauce; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  4. Grill 4 to 5 min.
  5. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce for the last few minutes.
  6. Top with cheese; grill 1 min.
  7. or until melted.
  8. Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes and cheeseburgers.
