Brisket For Holiday Dawn Underwood Recipe
- 7 lb Brisket, trimmed
- 2 tsp Onion salt
- 1 Tbsp. Celery salt
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 4 tsp Msg
- 2 Tbsp. Worchestire sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Liquid smoke
- Here's a recipe which I use all the time it is easy and tastes great!
- Rub brisket with onion, celery, garlic salt and MSG, let stand for about 30 min.
- Place in a roaster and pour worchestire sauce and liquid smoke over surface of roast.
- Cover and chill several hrs.
- Drain off marinade, wrap brisket, fatty side up, in heavy duty aluminum foil and seal.
- Bake 5 hrs @ 300.
- Allow to cold.
- Slice thinly -) across grain.
