Spiced Chicken Alfredo
- 2 -3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 -1 12 teaspoon Mrs. Dash tomato basil garlic seasoning
- vegetable salt
- garlic powder
- chili powder
- oregano
- pepper
- 1 lb alfredo sauce (I personally like Ragu)
- Cut up chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
- Melt butter in skillet and add chicken.
- Cook chicken on medium high heat until no longer pink.
- Add spices and stir occasionally so chicken does not burn.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions on box.
- Heat Alfredo sauce in small sauce pan on medium-low heat.
- Drain pasta.
- Add more spices, if desired, before removing chicken.
- Be sure the chicken is cooked completely through.
- Serve pasta on plate/bowl, add chicken and top with sauce.
- Makes great leftovers, as well!
