Stromboli

  1. Divide each loaf of bread into 4 pieces.
  2. Roll out to about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Alternate layers of meat and cheese.
  4. Add peppers if desired.
  5. Wrap bread dough around meat and cheese.
  6. Tuck ends under well (to prevent leaking of juices).
  7. Place on greased cookie sheets.
  8. Brush stromboli with lightly beaten egg white.
  9. Place in 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
