Grilled Coconut Fruit
- 1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 medium mango, peeled, pitted and cut into wedges
- 1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into wedges
- 2 medium bananas, cut in half crosswise
- 1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
- Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix sour cream and milk in small bowl.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in separate small bowl.
- Dip each piece of fruit into the sour cream mixture; shake off excess.
- Then, dip into cinnamon sugar, turning to evenly coat both sides.
- Gently shake off excess cinnamon sugar.
- Grill fruit 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning after 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the coconut.
