Grilled Coconut Fruit

  1. Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix sour cream and milk in small bowl.
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon in separate small bowl.
  4. Dip each piece of fruit into the sour cream mixture; shake off excess.
  5. Then, dip into cinnamon sugar, turning to evenly coat both sides.
  6. Gently shake off excess cinnamon sugar.
  7. Grill fruit 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning after 3 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with the coconut.
