Iced Tea

  1. Boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add tea leaves and 2 teaspoons sugar.
  4. Cover and set aside to infuse for 5 minutes.
  5. Strain the tea, discarding the leaves remaining in the strainer.
  6. Add some water to the brew, if needed.
  7. Add lemon juice, mint leave, honey, and remaining sugar to taste.
  8. Stir till sugar dissolves.
  9. Serve chilled with ice cubes and a few mint leaves.
