Hot Swiss Almond Dip
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
- 13 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Grated Swiss Cheese
- 13 cups Toasted Slivered Almonds
- 3 whole Fresh Scallions, Chopped
- Toast almonds until brown, set aside.
- Cream together cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl.
- Add grated Swiss cheese, toasted almonds and chopped scallions.
- Spread in small baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with chunks of torn up baguette.
- Delish.
