Baked Fillets In Lemon Celery Sauce Recipe
- 2 lb flounder fillets
- 1 x (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of celery soup undiluted
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine -- melted
- 3 Tbsp. green pepper -- finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Paprika
- Arrange fillets in a lightly greased 12- x 8- x 2 inch baking dish.
- Combine soup, butter, green pepper, and lemon juice; pour over fish.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. about 20 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Place fish under broiler 2 to 3 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Yield: 6 servings.
