Baked Fillets In Lemon Celery Sauce Recipe

  1. Arrange fillets in a lightly greased 12- x 8- x 2 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine soup, butter, green pepper, and lemon juice; pour over fish.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. about 20 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Place fish under broiler 2 to 3 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  6. Yield: 6 servings.
