Cajun Crab Crisp

• 12 English muffins
• 12 cup butter
• 5 ounces old English cheese
• 1 12 teaspoons mayonnaise
• 12 teaspoon garlic salt
• 2 teaspoons creole seasoning
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce
• 1 12 lbs white crab meat

1. Melt butter and mix all ingredients together and spread on split and quartered English muffins.
2. Bake at 350F in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until toasted and golden brown.
