Salad For Special Holidays Recipe

• 1 pkg. lemon Jello
• 2 c. boiling water
• 6 lg. marshmallows
• 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
• 1 c. grated carrots
• 1 c. crushed pineapple
• 1 c. pecans
• 1 c. whipping cream (or possibly Cold Whip

1. Dissolve Jello in warm water.
2. Have ready marshmallows and cheese.
3. Whip with beater till well blended.
4. Add in carrots, pineapple and pecans.
5. Let cold.
6. Add in whipped cream.
