Homemade Sloppy Joe With Help From Some Favs

  1. Put hamburger in a 12 inch frying pan or skillet.
  2. Shake salt like you would over a dinner plate - about 1/2 tsp or so.
  3. Brown hamburger on medium or a bit lower if it starts splattering.
  4. Drain the hamburger with a stainless steel strainer.
  5. Return hamburger to pan.
  6. Add all ingredients to the pan and mix well.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve on warm whole wheat toast, bread, biscuits, or hawaiian buns.
