Mini Polka Dot Cheesecakes

  1. Beat Philly* and sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into a parchment line 12-hole, 1/2 cup capacity, non-stick muffin pan.
  4. Bake 25-30 minutes at 160C oven.
  5. Stand for 5 minutes before turning out.
  6. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Place muffins on serving plate, serve drizzled with strawberry and mango puree.
