- 1 pack Beef
- 1 piece Beef fat
- 2 Green onion
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- Heat a pan and melt the beef fat.
- Cut the green onion into chunks.
- Put the beef in the hot pan all at once, and break it up with chopsticks.
- Toss in the green onions and continue frying until well browned.
- Add the same amount of sugar and soy sauce, and mix well to coat the meat.
- That's it!
- It's ready to serve in no time.
- I tried adding boiled taro potatoes to the same mixture, and it was good, too!
- For cheaper beef, use fattier cuts.
- This time, I made it with a different kind of onion, and lots of shirataki noodles.
- Adding shimeji mushrooms makes it healthy.
- This is the chicken skin-green onion version.
- It was a great combination!
- The chicken fat makes it yummy!
